| The External Whistleblower Channel is a security way of communication that you can use to report concerns about possible illegal actions and contrary situations of the Grupo NC's Code of Ethics.
This channel can be used by employees, trainees and apprentices, suppliers, customers, society and other stakeholders.
The External Whistleblower Channel is managed by an independent company from Grupo NC that receives, evaluates and performs adequate follow-up actions for the issues reported.
All reports will be evaluated and replied to each whistleblower, individually and privately, and its status can be keep tracked by a protocol number.
The Grupo NC is committed to a high ethical standard and will handle all notifications confidentially. The content of the concerns can only be accessed by a restrict group designated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The External Whistleblower Channel can also be used to complaints, criticism, suggestions and praises, with impartiality and respect, aiming to improve our work place and management practices.
